Intrinsic sensors

Aurora Wiki states: "Note that every military and commercial ship has intrinsic thermal and EM sensors of size 1 (not listed as components)"
Is that true for 6.21?

The intrinsic EM/thermal sensors are of strength 1 not size 1.
