I also think that the sceenshots added a lot to the report without being overkill.

I too like the screen shots added in.  I agree with the others they help to keep up with the action, and my ability to get a feel for the distances and angles involved.

I agree, the screenshots make it much easier to visulaise what is happening.

I agree.  Much better with the pics in the text.
Looking forward to v4 muchly.  It's hard enough managing one player race without having to do the NPRs too.

I concur.

The contextual screenshots seem to work quite well.

I liked the way you did #11.

It made it much easier to follow.

I also like the screenshot reports for important events (battles etc).  Embedded pics in the text does improve my understanding of the scenario.

I liked having the screenshots in the middle of the text the way you did it.  It helped keep the relative distances in focus, and works better from the comprehension point than a large description of what is going on.  I can remember some of the battles you had in the Rigellian diary and they were hard to keep track of what was where for just that reason.

They aren't.

I have unlimited space on the host.

Part 11 of the TN campaign uses several posts with a lot of screenshots. I am interested to know if readers prefer the usual long post with occasional map screenshots posted separately, or if they would prefer a report similar to Part 11 that contains quite a few screenshots within the text.

Also, for Erik, are screenshots a problems in terms of storage space for the forums? I am using GIF files so the largest file in part 11 is only 21Kb
