After defeating an superior species with ships going almost twice or more in speed, the Admiralty have started a new project, giving our Empire a fast capital ship based on the Wellington battlecruiser, out of 5 battlecruisers before the conflict only two survived. The old one seen here, was to slow to even try to catch the enemy capital ships that had a speed of 9600 km/s. The only saving grace were its 400 cell of vertical launchers that managed to crush a counter offensive.

This design is classed as a Military Vessel for maintenance purposes

The new Wellington MkII class of Jump Battlecruiser. 5 are planned for 5 squadrons of fast response groups. One bad aspekt is its low fuel levels but they are expected to have a support tanker group or a FOB base, as well as borrowing from its other non jump battlecrusiers. Its missile VLS battery have been reduced to almost 82% of its former size. One thing that almost was our fleets undoing were the Wellingtons inability to target smaller vessels such as gunboats and fighters, we lost 2 Wellingtons in fighter attacks were we couldn't attack back, that has been fixed now.

The laser armed Wellington Mk III is the expected main combatant and should be able to to hunt down most enemy ships and cut them to pieces. 20 of these are planned 4 to each squadron.

The Wellington MkIV is escort of this class of battlecruisers its armed with a large laser, AMMs and a large battery of small fighter gauss guns. When admiral Petersen saw its planned layout he only said "Death by a thousand stings!" 10 of these are planned, 2 for each squadron

In a battle I made the error of using the 1 hour button... Suddenly there is 78 size 7 missiles within 100000 km, not enough time to use AMMs, but my laser batteries, my hordes of Gauss cannons and CIWS killed them all... Having 5 Mk IIIs and 5 Mk IVs there were really no threat of a hit... But we have to see in the later stages when my AMMs dries out, shooting 2 to 1 for the moment and I am down to half magazines.

How does the Wellington MkII have 200 magazine space and 326 size 5 missiles?

Also, holy crap, that's some high tech tracking speed. 

And it hurts my head that all your ships are called Wellington and some are evolution on existing designs and some are not.  But I'm sure you have a good RP reason. 

I like CIWS on jump battle cruisers and I like your Mk II upgrade, but I wouldn't put CIWS on the Escort Battlecruiser design.

Box launchers on a command jump ship sound reasonable to me as a fall-back weapon.  Pretty cool.

This looks familiar, I might have commented on this elsewhere.
If I read this correctly, the Wellington Mk.IV has 293HS of fuel and 200HS of engines. That is quite wasteful, and individually larger engines would also improve efficiency.

9 Engines of 50HS and 0.8 power multiplier would give you better speed and range, while reducing fuel consumption by almost 90%.
8 engines of 50HS and 1.2 power multiplier would give you 60% more speed at comparable range, at less than a third of the original fuel consumption.
7 engines of 50HS and 1.4 power multiplier would be even faster, but imo gain too little for the additional fuel consumption.

The Gauss armament also doesn't seem quite right. 10cm railguns would be better against everything, faster-tracking Gauss turrets (preferably in quads turrets to save on turret gear) are an alternative if missiles are the main consideration.
