The game seriously needs this government type.
A totalitarian democracy is a system of government in which all citizens have the right to vote for elected officials, but have almost no say in the political process.
All decisions are made exclusively by these few, elected elite.
It would be similar to fascism in alot of ways - so much so that I use the fascist government option in place of it.
I realize adding another flavor of government is low on the list of priorities, but it'd be nice to see.
