Missile design worksheet - revised

A missile design spreadsheet is now available at

It continues the good work so kindly made available at:

Changes:
- Distinct handling of anti-ship and anti-missile designs.   The first optimizes survivability and hitting power, the second optimizes hit chance.
- Various new knobs to fiddle in order to model a particular challenge and find the perfect counter.
- Fine-tuning of various equations to better fit Aurora's internal calculations

The missile system was in large part reworked this year, so this 2011 post is no more accurate I think.
