How to launch a Geo Probe at a waypoint? v1.80

I have designed a two-stage missile, with the upper stage being a geo-survey buoy and the lower stage being a low-speed bus.

How do I fire it at Luna?

I have attached a Normal waypoint to Luna, but I'm having trouble figuring out how to target the waypoint and launch.

Am I even on the correct screen... Ship Combat page of the Naval Organization window?

Do you have a station or ship with a launcher? A missile fire control?

An orbital station, with a missile fire control and a suitably-sized missile launcher (loaded with the probe and assigned to the FC).

Select the ship in the Naval Org window
Go to the combat tab
Click and drag the launcher to the FC
Click and drag the target to the FC
Click and drag the missile to the launcher
Open fire.
