Quite a bit into the game, started 2025, it's September 2039. . .
Message/event queue says I just researched a few ground combat techs, that I hadn't bothered to queue up. Do civilians do stuff like this, or what is going on here?
My cursory search of the forum didn't reveal anything that looked like it covered this already. I'm not complaining about a few points of free research, but it's really odd. All of the basic infantry type units. (Infantry, AT, AA, supply and HQ). . . poof you've got them.
