Interrupts...
« on: December 06, 2011, 12:22:37 AM »
I figured out what was causing infinite interval interrupts in my game by exporting the SM text log and looking at the NPR alerts.  Apparently a pair of NPR scout ships in my systems are getting infinite Hostile Transit Warnings from civilian ship transponders.

Is there anything I can do about this?

does turning off civilian transponders work?

Also, SHOOT THEM.  I am an intolerant bastard, and cannot abide NPR vessels anywhere.  FOR THE GLORY OF THE HUMAN EMPIRE AND ITS SLAVEWORLDS

Yeah, having your transponders on  basically makes the civilians shout "HERE I AM" to everyone in the system. Unless they're camping near the points, turning the civilian transponders off should stop the interrupts. Then you track them down and turn them into dust.

Ah, I thought it was a global setting! I didn't know it was per system. Thanks guys.
