Hmmm, after sending my salvager to a wreck that my fighters created, I found 1 ECM(3)...
But when my fighters fired on that ship, there was no mentioning of an active ECM ???
Ok, i was pointblank range... My fighters had no ECCM....
I presume that the ECM gives the same minus regardless of range?

ECM reduces range against missiles and reduces chance to hit against beams. If your fighters were missile-armed and at close range they wouldn't have been affected by ECM.

What is the formula for ECM?
(Forgive me necromancy)

The ECM value is the % of reduction. ECCM value reduces ECM value.

Easy :)
But ECM1 value is 10 (-10% to fire control range), ECCM1 is ?.
So, Fire Control with ECCM3 vs ship with ECM3 (value 30) have -0% range (i think), or -27% (30-3)?

One level of ECCM negates one level of ECM. Your example is a net zero.
