Fuel Modules
« on: March 21, 2017, 06:16:28 PM »
What is the advantage of using the larger fuel modules? For example, 1 Fuel Storage contains 50000 litres of fuel, is 1 HS, and has 1 HTK. 1 Large Fuel Storage contains 250000 litres of fuel, is 5 HS, and has 1 HTK. You seem to get less HTK for no loss in efficiency of fuel containment--the only benefit I can see is taht it takes fewer clicks to add fuel storage to your ships.

They are cheaper for the amount of fuel they carry.  Very important for tankers and sorium harvesters.

Larger modules are way cheaper, however I think they increase maintenance.
I just checked, standard fuel storage gives one msp, large doesnt give any. This is probably a bug.
