Title: Error 7 when trying SM or F9 key

Get an error 7 when I try and create a game using SM and hit F9 or playing a regular Sol game and hit F9.  Could
this be an installation error and require me to reinstall?  I have 6gigs of mem, more than enough.  thanks!
