I can't find documentation on this - I can see that pretty much combat and survey elements are affected by Crew Morale.  However, my Asteroid Miners are currently spitting out messages about morale so I'm wondering if they're actually affected by morale at all or if that message is just there to annoy me.  On a similar note ('cause I'm going to have to build them soon), are Jump Gate Construction ships affected by morale?
