Added a couple of things -
You might notice when creating a new topic, a section called "Similar topics" now appears. This is based on what you type for the subject, and hopefully will help find topics if your search-fu is not up to par.
hCaptcha. Switched to this instead of reCaptcha. Hopefully it works better.
