Title: Automated jumpgate construction

You can actualy give a default order to auto-build jumpgate, but would it be possible to add 2 possibility

By default they would not build on unexplored jumpgate and second the ability to turn a single jump point into DONT BUILD HERE option? and also a way to see wich jump point are forbidden?
