Adding Star Swarm to game

Is it possible to add a Star Swarm Queen/Soldiers to a specific star system? I looked around in the SpaceMaster controls but did not see anything. I would like to add a Queen and Soldiers to a specific star as a plot point for a game.

I don't think that you can do this with Space Master mode. Maybe with Designer mode, but you would have to ask Steve to provide a password for that.
