Damage Control..possible bug?

Ive a trouble..every 5-day ive a window's game message: CheckSystemFailure..ive count 1 message FOR every singler TaskGroup ive around..BUT not when the TG are at Home..why?

Possible are the "DamageControl" item?in every ship?
or what the hell r doing this message EVERY time?..zzz

Ty in case aresomething to check or change in ships or some.

Is this a popup message box or is it in the event log? Could you also tell me the title of the message and its exact contents please.

tap on "Increment time,5 or 30 days..and after some calculations this little window come.

at last: ive count each windows come,after click "OK" many time = number of TaskGroup out of base..it's useful info?
