Prefabbed PDC Problem

Am I missing something?

There are no minerals at the colony, but I need the option there to find out what minerals I need (if any, I've never used prefabbed PDC's before), so I assume it would at least show up on the list before that.

There are 2 of the components there, and the writing in brackets says "1 per PDC"

Is it flagged as "Obsolete" in the Class Design window? Have you closed and re-opened the Industry window to re-initialize it?

Oh, thanks, it actually was classed as obsolete. I'm not sure why though. Maybe I accidentally hit it sometime.
