Kikuchi Masayuki is elected as the new Prime Minister of the EAF. Chang Young-Sam was forced to retire due to rapidly declining health.

EAF scientists complete development of Nuclear Pulse engines. Designs are drawn up for both a commercial and military version.

The EU completes conversion of its industry to TN technology.

Comments: Continuing to work my way through the 'setup' phase, so not too much detail here. Finally all the powers are starting to spread their wings, though the IRC has a serious head start civilian sector wise, with close to 40 ships in service there. Next will be the last 3 year phase, to 12/2039, during which well finally see some warships. New round of faction reports in 2040 to look forward to aswell, along with some new contenders...
