I just stumbled onto aurora from a new link at the Atomic Rockets page.

From the dates on the posts it looks like I'm 1 or 2 years behind.


But I?ve always like 4X and I didn?t discover Starfire until my gaming buddies and I had moved apart  so a computer game might just fill the gap.

So here goes nothing

Aurora is constantly changing and being updated by Steve Walmsley, the author. So don't think of yourself as out of date, but a newly discovered empire

But I haven't gotten the game to operate properly
Some problem with the display... I don't know.
 I?ll have to mess around with it a little.


I won't have time to try to fix it until next week

But we?ll see what happens

Erik or Steve, can we list things like installation requirements(85MB min. will grow quickly with potential of 2 gig), recommeneded memory(256 MB min), Op sys(winow XP or later), funny looking person 3.0, resolution(1280x1024), etc?
