Logistic is not helping sadly

I regrettably have to report that Logistic skill on freighters don't speed up loading/unloading operations. I thought that this was the primary use of this skill, but now I fail to see what's its use. I have to try with a troop transport now...


Anybody knows if industry skill speed up salvagers also?

I too thought the individual captain´s logistics skill would speed up loading, but apparently not.
