Closing off a system from automatic orders
« on: May 14, 2014, 09:41:34 AM »
Hey,

How do I stop automatic "jump gate builders" to move into a system with hostile aliens? It does not work, to mark it as controlled by an other race.

If I recall, construction ships will build at any JP, not just yours.

Honestly, you are better off building jump tender ships or bases. Aliens can't use these. They can have sensors to detect passage. They can even be armed for gate ambushes. Also, they can be moved from one jump point to another. Lastly, you can use squadron transits for when you think aliens are on the other side.
