Error 76 - path not found: 'Planetjpeg\a4'

I get a message like this for each jpg the game tries to access when using system view.   It goes through the list, then crashes when it tries to access a4 three times in a row.     

I have all the .  jpg files in the Planetjpeg folder in the same directory as every other file.   I've checked the names and each one it tries to access is right there.      I've got no clue what's going on, so any help would be appreciated.

The image thing is an anti-spam measure. You're certain that there is a file named exactly "a4" in planetjpeg? Are you running the game in administrator mode (dunno if this will help, but not doing it usually seems to cause trouble because windows).
