Hi there, sorry to revive an old topic, but I was wondering if there's still support for this? I've tried using it and keep getting the following error:

Error 339
Component 'TABCTL32.OCX' or one of its dependencies is not correctly registered

I've tried registering that file (says it registered succesfully) but nothing's working.
If this is no longer supported, please simply ignore me :) Thanks

As Aurora don't had any proper grid icon for Steam Grid View I made one.
Placed it in first post.

Sorry.  I dont have slightest idea why it dont work.

Hi,

I'm using this portable release ( last version) I noticed the problem with the ship designer ( empty summary display).  Can be the problem something  with the feature "Automatic switching of decimal separator.  It will be changed to .  before game start and changed to system default after closing Aurora. "?? I have noticed the summary goes empty when  the tons of the ship gets over 1000, while the tons are below it shows the info of the ship correctly.

I hope it helps you to find the problem and continue with the good work.  Thanks for this portable release ;)

If that would be problem with decimal separator many more things would be crash horrible :-)

I can't find reason why that bug exists in first place. I tested this release on more than 10 computers. And this problem does not occured anywhere.

Hey I solved it!!

1.   - Open the portable release.
2.   - Open the Control Panel.
3.   - Clock, Language, and Region
4.   - Region and Language
5.   - Formats tab
6.   - Additional Settings button
7.   - Find the decimal symbol and change it to ","
8.   - Hit apply
9.   - Profit!

I noticed every time I open AW_Aurora(Administrator mode), the decimal symbol gets back to ".   " and it has to be changed again.

The result is you can see all in the brief summary display again, even you pass 1000 tons ;)

If your decimal separator will be not set to . (dot) you will break many other things in game.

That is reason why wrapper change that in first place.

Oopps! Its true, it is said in the installation manual, sorry :S

I have tried:

decimal separator: . (dot)
thousand separator symbol: I changed it from . (dot) to ,(comma)

It works, does it going to break things too?

Whoa. Congratulations. You found cause of this problem. All my test machines use " " (space) as thousand separator.
If i set thousand separator to . (dot) ship designer bug appear.

Again - congratulations. I will release fixed version soon.
