being able to add and rename and ground commander ranks

i found something that i can speak on behalf of the other players is that we can't add more ground ranks and rename them so we can make our own ground commander ranks into something we like

so i want to be able to add ground commander ranks and to rename them

While there are only four ranks of ground commander, as of 7.1 at least you can rename the ranks the same way you do with naval ranks.

You can rename officer ranks even without SM mode O.o

You could do that as long as i remember ...
