Reload Bug?

I've got a squadron of fighters with three size 2 box launchers. Hangar Reload 15 minutes, MF Reload 2.5 hours they claim.

They fly off, shoot at the enemy and then land on their carrier. I look to see how long until they can launch again (the captain of the carrier has a good Fighter Ops rating so I'm hoping for faster) and see 17901 seconds to reload. Which is a bit under 5 hours.

The other fighter size craft have similar massive reload times on their box launchers. Is this a bug or just a strange feature I don't understand?

It is a bug. Fighter Ops bonus applies as a negative (higher bonuses mean fighters reload slower). If the bonuses get too high it wraps around and starts increasing the reload time. I've posted it in the 7.1 bug thread.
