Actually, Steve does not update the wiki. So any information regarding rules would be found here first. When Steve does update posts here

I think what he means is that information at the wiki tends to be rather more accurate than information here, since most of these rules posts were made for versions before 5.0.

The last rules posts were made in 2007. It's an abandoned outpost, and most of the installations are beyond recovery.

What I meant was that the only official and accurate source of rules is Steve. And since Steve does not update the wiki, everything there is guesswork.
