Trying again...

It's about 40 kb. I'm trying it again under a shorter, space-free filename.

Edit: Still no luck, apparently.

Edit 2: Aha! The problem was on my end. I was uploading it from my phone and it turned out my file explorer app was causing the problem. I downloaded a new one and it worked just fine.

Edit 3: Blast. Now there's a 0 kb attachment.

I wanted to post an ods spreadsheet that.I had cooked up, but that wasn't on the list of extensions that I saw. I zipped it up but it didn't show, despite zip being listed as an approved extension. Just for grins I am attempting to attach it to this post as well.

There is a maximum size also. How big is the zip file?

Lol. I have to criticize your pedagogical technique here. The test was a failure but the student hasn't come to a better understanding of the subject matter.

I can't attach files to my posts. I assume it's because of my low post count, but I haven't found any rules explicitly stating how prolific a poster I need to be before I'm allowed. Or am I mistakenly blaming you for a problem on my end?

It depends on the type of attachment. Some extensions are prohibited. The only post count restriction is for urls, and that is for under 10 posts.
