I have a colony on an asteroid in my first discovered system. 0 pop, 0 facilities, but the mining screen shows projected usage of 2 minerals. Could that mean there's a different race with a colony using them, and if so how do I confirm? System screen only shows my colony under populations, and I never got any message about my survey ships passives picking anything up.
