How do I get companies?

Please tell me what research do I need to do to get companies. Thank you

To clarify, I mean military companies not civilian shipping. I searched without success, there is a sticky that says tech tree but I could not find a link.

Like Marine Companies? Use the Ground Unit Construction tab.

If you are talking about ground combat units the only company available is the Marine company.  You need to research Marine Battalions first.  If you are talking about some other company then I don't know.  Once you have researched the unit (F2 screen research under the Logistics and Ground Combat section)  you will then be able to build them using your Ground Force Training Centers.

Thank you very much, I thod I could make a company of any kind of unit (assault infantry company, etc.)
