Do I need to have friendly jump tenders on radar (active or just passive) to be able to use their services? Or can I just blindly try to "Standard Transit" a JP and if there is one such jump tender with enough capacity sitting on the other side I can still go through?
EDIT: Can I even identify such ships as friendly jump tenders when I meet them?
