An NPR 'Race Bank' where you can customize the NPR's that will appear in your game like a Player Race. Option would include the ability to the chances of encountering them as well as a threshold for how far away or close they have to be to Sol before having a chance to spawn (1 jump away? 2 jumps? 500 jumps?).

This, coupled with a way to easily save and import your races between games and updates would import what I think is the best feature from Stellaris.

This would be neat for RP. Frankly, I'd even settle for Along with that, it would be nice to be able to change NPR race/ship/flag pics in-game. It's really not immersive when the bloodthirsty NPR that keeps sending deathball fleets into Sol has a dinky little 1960s satellite as their ship sprite.

Ummm you can?

SM mode, go to the alien intel screen, at the bottom you have a list of buttons, the rightmost 3 IIRC are the ones you want but you need SM mode enabled for them to show I think.

be able to close any window with escape.
be able to save\load the new game settings to a json.
1 custom json for the system\class\rank names.
be able to save\load the race settings at a game start to a json.
checking the rank as story makes all the dudes in it to become story.
add an option to make any officer\scientis\admin adding (and removing) to the event-stopper.
a component or a command that reserves the fuel needed for the ship to rout between two choosable objects in space (for the tanker-harvester chain).

When encountering an enemy with shields, the tactical map shows the shield HP but the intel screen does not show the shield HP, only the signature strength of the shield.

It would be nice if the intel screen showed both maximum observed shield signature and HP

Alien ruin points to be fractional values, which integer parts (that are large tough constructions) are to be digged by xenoarcheology parties, while fractional leftovers (that are small objects) are to be digged (like minerals do) by population as alien artifacts.

Ability to open the fleet orders from the Naval Forces Tab in the Galactic Map.

When you have larger forces this will cut your time by a lot as you will not need to scroll through all your admin commands to find the proper fleet.

It would be nice if we could exclude known commercial ships from auto targeting or maybe even exclude them from the target list on the ship combat screen - only if we have the intelligence on those ships and know they're commercial of course.

Also, settings for construction speed and growth speed would be great (similar to Research Speed, Terraforming Speed, etc...) and being able to use fractional values for all the speeds available, example: I would love to reduce survey speed below 1% because even so it's too fast for my taste.

  • A "Update Unit Class Design" button (in the Ground Forces/Formation Templates tab) that automatically updates the racial armor and weapons of already created unit designs.  That way we would avoid having to recreate each and every one of the units and formations every time we achieve a technological advance in armor or weaponry.

The idea of series of units is good as a replacement for units already created, but does not avoid the tedium of having to recreate the designs for all the different types of units in our game.  With this suggestion, with just one click we would update our Rifleman PW (Arm. 6-Str. 6) to Rifleman PW (Arm. 8-Str. 8), and so on with each element.
  • Mass allocation (ALT+click?) of ordnance and targets in the ship combat interface (at the present we have to individually select each of the launchers and drag it to the FC when the Auto-assign FC option is not enough/suitable)

Alternatively, change it so that new ground units are always trained using latest racial tech instead of the racial tech that existed when the unit design was created. This would be arguably more realistic as well as easier to manage.
