Formatting

I'm working on a new project, and I'm not overly happy with the stat block as I currently have it laid out. All the information presented is necessary. Can anyone suggest a different way to present the information?
[attachment=0:33xl3134]Capture.PNG[/attachment:33xl3134]

The top one prints without any lines, which is how I am thinking any final format will also. The second block just shows the cells clearer. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Can you do it like this?

http://tablesorter.com/docs/example-pager.html

Thin, light-grey cell lines
Lightly shaded header cells with the header centered
Zebra effect to distinguish between lines

I try to use this or a variation of it when developing web apps with work.

Or is it for a stylised printed paper and not web/desktop based?

It is for print/pdf.

The picture is maybe 1/2" shy of a sheet of paper width-wise.

At the very least, throw a line under the headers.

Light gray might be nice for the rest (or not).

Definitely be some framing of some sort. But it's too big. There are a lot of empty cells with no data to go in them. Word gets testy about things like that at times too.
