Title: Error updateraceclassdesign?

Hi.   

I have just started a new game, i have played for about 10 years, and now when i try to push 30 days i get updateraceclassdesign error and then i need to hit control-alt-delete to cometo Windows, it happens again if i try to change time again.    I have also gotten error 91 and 3526 earlyer in the game. I  am using 7.  1 full installer.
