May be related to 5 days increment. Try that and if not working could be a bug and you may want to report it.

Playing around with medals in C# and manually awarded a couple of awards to a Commander that should have given them 100 promotion points but noted that their promotion score didn’t rise.  I closed out window and the reopened but promo score was still the same.  Is there a delay to when promo scores get updated to take into account medals?
