Turn space master mode on.  Click on mining, Make sure double click to set reserve us off (lower left) then double click on each mineral And I will let you set the new stock pile free to mineral

Not currently possible sadly. Theres some fiddily workarounds though involving spawning minerals on a body, adding tons of auto mines untill its all in the stockpile, then removing the mines.

I port my 1.4 game to 1.51 by recreating the gamestate using SM Mode. I can not find out how to change the Mineral Stockpile of Earth. It seems I can only change the Reserve Levels.

I think you do it from system view and specify minerals.

edit:

Oh stockpile.

That's one thing I don't think you can do currently.
