It would also remove pretty much the last reason to use government freighters.  Commercial shipping already does too much -- the intent was to have it as a small adjunct outside the player's control.  Instead it became the default, and generated way too much wealth in the process.  Hopefully, by the time C# Aurora 2.0 comes out it will be fixed.

Oh you mean just like in real life how commercial activities far outstrips government capabilities in wealth generation?

There is no way to use civilian ships to move minerals.

I think it is not implemented... or maybe I am missing something.

Is there anyway to set a "reserve" of minerals and the civilian transport move them? Or the only way is sending one of my transports manually loaded?
