I used to use it to ensure that my rock checking probe fighters stopped at each rock they were checking for long enough that a subphase would process, ensuring that detection would be checked for at zero range.

When you give an order, pretty much any order, an "order delay" field appears at the bottom of the boxes. Put any number in there and that's how long the order will be delayed by. I think it's in seconds.

I have seen a few places where people have mentioned delaying orders for one reason or another.  I can't figure out how to do that though.  Is that a feature which did not get ported to C# or am I just failing at reading the UI? If it is the latter, what am I missing.
