Mates.

A) left actually "randomizing" NPR positions
B) Steve give a "pre-set "NUMBER" Star position,,eg: FAR from Earth (my hope),in a series of possibily Number's Star,OVER the "1000" in number,for give a growth IMPERIAL capability BEFORE have an Alien encounter..

Obviously many can think: the surprise are ended..

but others,same me,can think in "every Sci-Fi Novels (Dominic Flandrys' Earth Imperium-Paul Anderson(?)..)the VEY POWERFUL Aliens are far more than 1000 light years from earth.

In Aurora many many times this arent.

many times powerful Aliens are ..TOO near our puny virgin Federation.
