I was trying to develop some extra-solar colonies and one of the most appealing systems had three good planets, two of which were orbiting a beta star about 50bkm from the primary. I colonized one of them using an intrasystem jump. triggering all my civilian freighters to bring a load of infrastructure. When they got to the system, I noticed they were heading directly for the planet with an ETA of more than a year (assuming they even had enough fuel for that.) Any way to make that planet off-limits to civilian shipping so I can service it with my own freighters while the civvies do foolproof Earth-Mars runs?
