Actually, the Clear Order button doesn't work. Or rather, since the system is the last one in a line of colonized systems, ships inside re-path through the same Jump Point.

I'm not sure which version I am using as I'm not at home, but I think it is 5.42.

Try creating a colony inside the system where you have the problem. When you clear orders the civs should go to the colony and then reassess their orders. That might solve the problem. Please check the version when you get home as I thought I had fixed this bug.

Which version are you using? There was a problem similar to this in earlier versions.

One option is to use the Clear Orders button on the Shipping Lines window.

As long as the civ jump ship was big enough for the ships transiting it should.

Well, my current game stalled when civies decided to squadron jump through a jumpgate. Of course they can't, so I'm stuck. Would SMing some ships with commercial jump drive on the jumpgate solve my problem?
