Well when i started a player race appeared on that planet, so I had to rush in several divisions to conquer them, 1 year later and they are "happily" members of the Terran Federation...
But now the strange thing happens, my colony on the same planet have one engineer division , trying to dig out some installations, as usual it goes good some time bad other times, BUT all the reclaimed installations pops up at the conquered populations not my base... Shouldn't they go to my colony??
