note to self: having lower speed and lower missiles range is a pain in the rear. Luckily for me, I had an awful quantity of AMM capability!
I have a few alien ships that I reduced to 0 speed, then watching them so they are soundly crippled. What can I do with them, aside from blowing them into tiny pieces? Can I send troops? I never tried boarding something... Do I need combat drop even if speed is 0? What will happen if I succeed, will Aurora give me the proper instructions to get their tech or there is something arcane with the user interface I won't understand?
Can I tractor the derelict ships alternatively, or repair them?
