I've added some upgrades.

Most noticable. Bright red announcment text. This is a different message for registered/guests.

Improved anti-spambot registration... err... Yeah. it's harder for them to do it. ;)

Last 24/48/72 hour posts. This is a tiny addition in the upper right corner.

Administrative updates.
Admin memberlist with registration ip addresses.
Ability to delete inactive members by time.
