There's a minor design flaw in the missile bases, not enough crew quarters in the design.
Turn on space master and open the class design page, add a crew quarter to the missle base design. Then to update all the existing ships you'll need to select them all one at a time in the ship list.

I started a new conventional empire game.  My only assets in spaces are: shipyards and Missile complex #1-20.  On the very first day all my missile complex stated to report "Complete life support Failure" with people dying by the hour, and I am not sure what todo.

I went through the interfaces but couldn't find any relevant info or solutions to the problem.  My best guess is that I might be low on maintenance supplies, so they can't repair themselves even though they are orbiting earth with a shipyard.  Any thoughts?
