Actually you can.  It is listed on the Civilian screen where it lists all their ships that I cant remember exactly what it is called.

Good to know. I mostly ignore them :)

You can get fuel from them, but without digging around you cannot see how much they have on hand or anything.

You can actually see this in the task group window if the task group box is checked with a fuel harvester in the system.

I've just taken 90% of Atkinson 12's fuel.

Of course, all civilian ship design data is available in Fast OOB Creation:

Code: [Select]
Atkinson H3 class Fuel Harvester    31 300 tons     158 Crew     664.8 BP      TCS 626  TH 600  EM 0
958 km/s     Armour 1-88     Shields 0-0     Sensors 1/1/0/0     Damage Control Rating 1     PPV 0
MSP 13    Max Repair 37.5 MSP
Intended Deployment Time: 3 months    Spare Berths 1
Fuel Harvester: 10 modules producing 400000 litres per annum

150 EP Commercial Ion Drive (4)    Power 150    Fuel Use 7.96%    Signature 150    Exp 5%
Fuel Capacity 400 000 Litres    Range 28.9 billion km   (348 days at full power)

This design is classed as a Commercial Vessel for maintenance purposes
This design was created by Atkinson Transport Line

2. Without dev mode, you don't.

1. I think the cut-off is size 1 or lower is civilian.

2. Without dev mode, you don't.

3. The second class needs to be less than 20% cost for refit. So one that costs 1000 and one that costs 800 should be able to be built in a yard tooled for the 1000 one.

Are all passive sensors military, or is it based on the size and power like engines?

How do I see the capacity and current fuel of a civilian fuel harvester?

What should I look at when trying to make different ships compatible so I can use the minimum number of shipyards?
