No. You can see their current fuel from the Fuel Summary window (oil drum symbol).

I'm just guessing but I'd bet not. They probably have the same production that you would if you had built the vessels yourself. Course they probably have tankers that they've built as well to keep emptying it.  I don't think you can send refined fuel via mass driver but then I'm a newbie.

Order your task group to refuel from it. That's it. Money is automatically deducted based on how much fuel is taken.

I'm watching a let's play right now where the civilian shipping company sent three fuel harvesters to Saturn. Since it's a gas giant I can't colonize it and get to the screen I'd normally use to buy civilian mining output.

Is there a way to buy their fuel?
