Step 1: Make the game, set the human NPR's option on or off, doesn't matter, I think by human it refers to the species of the NPR not human as in player.
Step 2: Turn on SM mode, then click the open system view window button
Step 2a (not sure but maybe optional): Press HW minerals, then specify minerals on Mars.
Step 4: Click create race, check flag on Non-player Race, make them however you want
Step 5: Try to pass time, get error 1512, panic. ITS OK. SAVE YOUR GAME. CLOSE AURORA.EXE. OPEN AURORA.EXE
Step 6: Try to pass time
Step 7: ???
Step 8: Profit!
Now you can bomb the Martian scum with the speed of C# !!!
