Title: How to Fuel Transfer?

I have 2(M,C) ships, 1 with 0% fuel 1 with a lot. The latter has a refueling system. How do i order it to refuel the first.

The way i had to do it was to move the fleet with the refueling system to the fleet with empty fuel.  Then in movement orders for the fleet with fuel, select refuel from our tankers in the fleet movement.  For the target fleet, go to that same fleet in movement orders and slect refuel from stationary tankers.

I forgot to mark the tanker design as such in the design menue.
