Title: Ground Force HQ Capacity

Hiya all, couldn't find any way to increase the HQ capcity of the HQ component.  Can anyone help a brother out?  ;D

Oh wow thanks, i though it was a different tech or something that i couldn't find.

Come to think of it, the text was green so i probably should've figured that out  :P
