Title: Fuel equalisation

Is this on the to do list, or am I just missing it?

Transferring fuel now requires refueling parts on the donor ship, and takes time depending on the refueling capacity of said ship and the amount of fuel to be transferred. So I'm going to guess fuel equalization is now off the table.

I really want it to be an option for my tanker fleets, at least.

I'd like to see it return as a SpaceMaster option, since sometimes I just want to fix the problem and move on, not roleplay hours of recovering from my stupid mistake.

In the miscellaneous tab of each ship on the naval OOB there is an option for SM refuel and SM partial refuel.
